How Credits work

Current-cycle plan Credits are used first, then separately purchased Credits. Basic reading remains available for free.

Credits measure AI usage. They are not currency and do not represent a fixed number of pages or books.

Refunds and cancellation

Request a full refund within 7 days of the first subscription payment if no more than 10% of that cycle’s plan Credits have been consumed.

An entirely unused separate Credit pack can be fully refunded within 7 days of purchase. Statutory consumer rights are preserved.

Common questions

How many books can I read with 20,000 Credits?

There is no fixed book or page count. Usage depends on text length, generated output and the AI feature. Applicable charging information and balance details will be shown when the feature opens.

Will cancelling remove my books or purchased Credits?

Cancellation does not automatically delete your private library. Paid-cycle benefits remain until the cycle ends, purchased Credits are not cleared, and saved content remains readable and exportable through available free features.
